Return Policy

All Items are custom or personalized for you. We do not accept any returns unless there is a mistake on our part as all orders are all handmade, personalized and custom. If there is a mistake to the customization or personalization of your item(s) We will be happy to replace the item(s) or issue a store credit in the amount of the item(s).

We do not guarantee any specific delivery date, will we ship within our shipping policy, please see our shipping policy for shipping times, then it is up to the USPS shipping time to deliver your package.  Please be aware that during peak times there could be possible delays, that are out of our control.  Packages not being delivered when you expect them will not be refunded.  

Please read the full description, as we are not responsible for the customer not reading, misreading or misunderstanding the description.  We are happy to answer any questions before you place your order. 

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us 7 days and we will be happy to work with you, will we require pictures of the damage packaging, products, etc.  In the case of an insurance claim needs to be filed, you help will be needed, to take the item, packaging and any packing materials to the Post Office, failure to assist in the insurance claim, will result in denial in your claim.
