Shipping policy
Shipping destinations
We currently offer shipping within the United States. Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 1–7 business days after the order is placed. Processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays and is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping costs
For items assigned to our Free Shipping profile, Economy shipping is $5 for orders below $25 and free for qualifying orders of $25 or more. Items outside that profile use weight-based Economy shipping rates shown at checkout. Orders containing items from different shipping profiles may have combined shipping charges. The final amount displayed at checkout applies.
Estimated delivery
When an order is shipped with USPS Ground Advantage, estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after shipment. Allow approximately 3–12 business days for processing plus transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; holidays, peak periods, weather, destination, and carrier delays may extend delivery time. Other shipping services may have different transit times.
Shipping upgrades
If you need an upgraded shipping service, contact us at tracisfuncreations@gmail.com before ordering so we can confirm availability and any additional cost. Faster shipping does not automatically shorten production time.
Address and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs when a package is returned because the address supplied cannot be delivered to. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us with your order number.
Damaged packages
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the item, packaging, and packing materials while the issue is reviewed. Please see our Return Policy for replacement and store-credit information.
